There is an undeniable beauty in this submission to the natural world, yet we are also a working farm, acutely aware that nature’s unpredictable rhythms carry inherent risks. To protect this land and our vision, we embrace diversity, trusting the soil to sustain us through a variety of expressions.
It is with great pride that we announce a beautiful new branch of our journey. Under the warmth of the summer sun, we planted our very first crop of certified organic saffron crocus bulbs, bringing a new rhythm to our mountain slopes.
Because this precious harvest marks a distinct and unique venture, our zafferano and its related treasures will have their own dedicated home. We are overjoyed to launch Regina di Crocus, a natural subsidiary and sister brand of Allevamento Le Caldane.
In just a few weeks, the Regina di Crocus digital shop front will go live, opening a window into this brand new adventure. We cannot wait to welcome you inside to share in the magic of our first autumn bloom.
